AI Metal Calculation Research Institute (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides the All in One DOC Android application. This policy explains how the app handles information.
1. Information we collect
All in One DOC does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or document contents. Documents, recent-file history, favorites, folders, and captures are processed and stored locally on your device.
2. File access and processing
The app accesses only files you select or open through Android. File access is used to display, organize, rename, share, delete, or capture documents at your request. Documents are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Purchases
Optional Premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing. Google may process purchase and account information under its own privacy policy. We do not operate a separate payment server or store your payment card information.
4. Advertising and analytics
The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK. We do not use document activity for advertising or profiling.
5. Permissions
Storage and media permissions, when requested, are used only for the document-viewing, file-management, sharing, and capture features you choose. You can revoke permissions in Android settings.
6. Children
All in One DOC is a general productivity app intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data retention and deletion
Because we do not receive your documents or personal data, we do not retain them on our servers. You can delete app-created local data by using the app controls, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will always be posted on this page.
